12 days until Florida!! I am doing a low carb thing until we leave – then while on vacation all bets are off

When we get back I think I may take another try at the P90X, or maybe a round of Power 90 then move on to P90X. Its been a while since I have done any major workouts, and the couple workouts I did on P90X just about kicked my A$$!

Well I must go for a short walk before I move on to homework.
