I have a plan!

Doing a low carb thing for a couple weeks to get my carb cravings under control. Will stick with it as long as I can. Its not all eggs and bacon :) Its chicken and salads.
I was eating anything I wanted for so long the carb cravings are killer to get through. SO if I can break that cycle, I’ll be able to bring back a few good ones in time and not fall back to the carb fest I had been having.

Workouts are going to be:
Monday
After work – Walk 1 hour
After Dinner – Power 90 Strength ½

Tuesday
After work – Walk 1 hour
After Dinner – Cool Running Couch to 5K

Wednesday
After work – Walk 1 hour
After Dinner – Power 90 Strength ½

Thursday
After work – Walk 1 hour
After Dinner – Cool Running Couch to 5K

Friday
After work – Walk 1 hour
After Dinner – Power 90 Strength ½

Saturday
After work – Walk 1 hour
After Dinner – Cool Running Couch to 5K

Walking will be with my daughter at the mall until if gets nice outside. Its not going to be a break neck speed. Its really just to keep me from coming home and taking a nap :D I hope to reach 10000 steps a day.
