Weight 128.1 still ugh!
Well I am not sure what I am going to do. I am going to do something for the next 90 days. I do know that since I have not exercised in 6 months that I am not in the shape I should be in to do the P90X.
I am thinking of doing my Power 90 or RTP of BFL, I DON’T KNOW!
I want to run – I have been thinking of doing the strength portion of Power 90 and then the Couch potato – to – 5K plan from Cool Running. I am also trying to keep my daily intake to 1200 calories, everyday but Wednesday. That will be a refuel day and I will eat around 1800.
I am continuing, not following old ways of giving up and starting over, I am tweaking as I go.
